How do you produce a travel guide for the most exotic spot in the British Isles?

THE CHALLENGE

Visit Jersey sorely needed an inspirational and informative travel guide for Jersey. An educational tool to equip the UK travel trade with the practical information they need to sell to their customers. They already had digital sales tools for days, including an award-winning website, but they needed something more tangible - a beautifully designed and worded brochure to distribute at travel trade events and to inspire the curiosity of the UK and French press.

THE SOLUTION

Visit Jersey didn’t yet have visual guidelines for an editorial guide so we rolled our sleeves up to create one. We devised a clean layout with a bright, optimistic and warm look and feel with plenty of breathing room for beautiful imagery of Jersey. 

We trawled through hundreds of pages of web content to curate the most relevant and useful information that prospect visitors would want to know. We brought each section to life with grabbing headlines and an engaging, informative and energising tone of voice. 

The result was a 44-page beautifully designed, highly readable and accessible guide to inspire, educate and engage with travel trade and consumers. 

We equipped their sales team with a powerful new tool across print and digital to inspire the world to fall in love with Jersey. What’s more, we showed they cared about their environmental impact by choosing a print solution that sustainably printed the guide on recycled uncoated paper.
